Our Chief Mentor – Dr Bharath Krishna Sankar’s doctoral thesis on “Determinants of entrepreneurship and its impact on MSME sector sustainability in Madurai district”, embodies his passion for uplifting the MSME sector.
Major learning from the thesis is that the ‘know-what and know-how’ on owning numbers and handling people is a major need of the MSME entrepreneurs. Poornatha aims to fill this gap through Journey in Joy (JnJ).
